Overall enjoy the workouts - feedback is that workouts need to allow more for those who visit an OTF studio 3 plus times a week. Workouts cannot always encompass all body parts- law of attrition, you’ll have fatigue and slowly destroy muscle plus performance will suffer. Plus doesn’t make sense to have single exercises that we sometimes repeat as much as 6-8times.
Would like to see more options for those of us who have been frequenting since day one and who have progressed. Ie versatility in giving harder options.
More ab work, incorporation of bands , and glutes. and hamstrings. We all need sexy legs:)
Really happy with new format that includes some stretching. I’d pay a few dollars more for a few week day classes that are a bit longer, 1 hr 10/15 to get it all in.
Great variety
Everything is mapped out for me and each workout is different.
I absolutely love otf Culver! The only thing I wish could change is late cancel fee’s when have to attend an earlier or later class same day. I’m in the healthcare field and work on call a lot. So there are times I may need a later class, however I’m charged to change. I understand why the company has this fee, I just hope one day this one scenario is reviewed.
The instructors are FANTASTIC and encouraging ALWAYS and the workouts are challenging and always different!
Love the treadmill coaching! I despise running but the short sprints and pushes are doable and I find myself pushing myself more.
I like the variety and the schedule. I also like tracking my progress and the emails I get after a class. It’s so encouraging!

The variety
The workout is different each time with different focus each time. The classes have great energy and the coaches and front desk staff are awesome.

Had a great time in class and the coach was extremely helpful. Staff was friendly and I will definitely go back to this studio when I visit LA again!

The trainers are all amazing - they get to know you, your limits, and how to make you push them. After a few weeks, it feels like a personal training session. I find myself actually looking forward to working out, which I haven't experienced in years. The best workout I've gotten in 60 minutes.
