What do you like about our workout?

Every workout is different, while the concepts are the same (run, row, and floor exercise). I love the variations, and being able to see your stat in that big monitor, and access if you have some more room to go for all out, or, you're already all out. And the result! I am a better runner as a result overall. Coaches are awesome, some are more experienced than the others, but, it's because they have been around longer. Afterall, OTF Sherman Oaks is literally my neighbor, 7 min walk from my house door to OTF door literally, very convenient and no excuse!!

Great workout with instructors that really care. The classes are not easy but once you get going, you can really feel accomplished.

I love how all the workouts are designed to efficiently target every part of your body. It also never gets boring, especially with the help of all the amazing coaches who are like family to all the members. The front desk staff are also very friendly. Orangetheory Fitness Sherman Oaks helped me become a better person, holistically.

Instructor is always walking you through what you need to be doing and keeping your mind engaged on the task at hand in order to maximize your workout without letting your mind astray or making excuses to stop for lengthy periods of time.

What do you like about our workout?

The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed that the facility was clean and inviting. I forgot gum and they had some at the front desk for the clients to enjoy along with band aids, hair ties. The instructor was great at encouraging and helpful. Will be back this weekend.

I love that I don't have to think about what I need to work on each day. All I have to do is show up and they take care of it. I always get a great workout.
