Best 1 hour workout!
I love the atmosphere at OTF, always positive and encouraging. The trainers are motivating and upbeat, and the workout varies all the time so thereās rarely a day Iām not bored. Itās extremely challenging all the time !
Challenging. A great mix of weight training and cardio. Encouraging coaches. And accessible to all people no matter what stage they are in their fitness journey! OTF keeps me mentally sane after a long work week and physically challenged week to week. I love Orange Theory Fitness!
My favourite instructor is Phil. He keeps you motivated and pushing yourself while in class without sounding āover the topā I typically always have the same three instructors which are all great. I like that the classes are an hour long and that they are all different.
I do wish that there were more heavy weights. When there are more men in the class it makes it difficult to use certain weights unless you grab them quickly. (Maybe have more heavy weights and not as many lighter weight dumbbells...)
Itās an hour long and itās guaranteed to make me sweat and get my body moving.....itās been effective at raising my fitness level and itās something new all the time.
Coaches and energy in the studio
Different every day! Love the energy and music. Itās organized and very clean, I really appreciate that!
Workouts are intense, yet very well paced. Great workouts, especially the ESP ones!
Always fun in a challenging way. Love that I can get cardio and strength workout in one hour. Don't get bored as it's always different. Coaches are awesome.

From the front desk staff to the trainers/coaches, everyone is a fantastic person. They are friendly, helpful and supportive. The workout itself is fun, challenging, rewarding and guided excellently by the staff.
Felt like the trainers really make you push yourself, without feeling like you're not fit or strong enough etc. Positive energy throughout and a very effective workout

That is always a different exercise experience. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Working out in a group for me is a must as I need the motivation.

I also like that all moves and exercises are manageable and you can adjust to your own needs.
