I love the atmosphere at OTF, always positive and encouraging. The trainers are motivating and upbeat, and the workout varies all the time so thereā€™s rarely a day Iā€™m not bored. Itā€™s extremely challenging all the time !

What do you like about our workout?

Challenging. A great mix of weight training and cardio. Encouraging coaches. And accessible to all people no matter what stage they are in their fitness journey! OTF keeps me mentally sane after a long work week and physically challenged week to week. I love Orange Theory Fitness!

What do you like about our workout?

My favourite instructor is Phil. He keeps you motivated and pushing yourself while in class without sounding ā€œover the topā€ I typically always have the same three instructors which are all great. I like that the classes are an hour long and that they are all different.

I do wish that there were more heavy weights. When there are more men in the class it makes it difficult to use certain weights unless you grab them quickly. (Maybe have more heavy weights and not as many lighter weight dumbbells...)

From the front desk staff to the trainers/coaches, everyone is a fantastic person. They are friendly, helpful and supportive. The workout itself is fun, challenging, rewarding and guided excellently by the staff.
