Cardio workouts effective without being destructive. OT allows you to work out with a group and also set your own pace. Variety of strength exercises keeps weight training program fun. Using a pulse monitor has allowed me to know when to push harder or ease off. I like to use monitor to challenge myself in earning "splat" points. Makes my workout like a video game. I earn more points by working harder and smarter.
They are intense, quick and have lots of variety.
I like that I don't have to think about anything...I just have to show up and I know I will have a great work out and will accomplish 100% more than I could on my own!! Every part of my body is pushed to it's limit...all in l hour! It's a challenge for me and I love that! At 61 I'm in better shape than ever! Thank you Orangetheory!!

I like the bit of structure that comes with scheduled, Times classes. I love that the class difficulty scales so it can be challenging for anyone despite fitness level. I like the no cell phones rule and all the great coaches at PTF Culver City!

The coaches are fabulous- I usually take classes with Suzy, Steffan and Kailey. They are different from each other but each motivating and push me farther than I think possible each day! Marathon month has also been a great challenge and my running has grown so much.
Everything! Especially Michael and JZ! Can’t wait for the new equipment!
