OMG! This place is so amazing! I've never had such a hard, complete, and thoroughly challenging workout before. I go into each class a little nervous because I have bionic hips and knees, but the coaches show how to modify each part of the workout. I look forward to many, many more amazing workouts!

I really enjoy OTF! It is a safe space to work hard and challenge yourself with the support of coaches and friends. I've been working hard at OTF twice a week and at my other gym on the off days. I've been eating right and making good choices. I'm down 22 pounds and many inches, and I know I've gained some killer muscles! Thank you OTF!

It is challenging, but you can go at your own pace. Instead of going to a gym and figuring out what to do in an hour, I quickly get a full workout (strength and/or endurance) with great coaching.
I like a shorter workout during the week so it's nice to bBurn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.

I love these workouts! The variation in exercises keep you guessing. And, I always feel exhausted and happy when I leave. Plus, the coaches are awesome - energetic, fun, and inspiring! Looking forward to many more workouts to come!

I love the workouts, teh staff & the coaches. The facility is small, and the app is glitchy -- but overall -- incredibly fun and challenging workouts.
Good instructors, vigorous, rewarding, good variation, well-kept, good equipment.
The variety of the components makes the time fly by, and the intensity of what's being asked of our performance seems to push me to my own personal limit each time. It's a challenge, but I am in control of how far I take it. Somehow, it pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of. I love it!
Workouts are great! Only thing I would request is the directions regarding the floor exercises. The exercises are demonstrated very properly, however often the sets from one exercises aren't clear; especially when more than two exercises in one block.
Quick pace and felt like it flew by!
I like the counter ability we have to take. How we have a time frame to cancel before 8hrs. The couches are awesome. How everyday it's a different workout

The trainers have been great at catching me when I can push harder or if my form needs improvement for efficiency or safety. I like that I work within a group, we're all going for the same goal.. just at different paces. I feed off the group vibe as well.
The workouts will vary a little each time I visit, which is great.. never know what to expect. All I know is... OTF Burbank is my other church. I'm pretty much talking to God most of the time there.

I really enjoy the floor part of the workout. I joined to build muscle.
The people at the studio are amazing! It is like walking into a family every time we go workout. I love that I don’t have to think about or plan my workout. I show up, work hard and leave feeling like I’ve gotten an amazing workout. I like the combination of strength and cardio. I love that in 3 1/2 weeks my treadmill paces have already improved. I push myself more than I would on my own. The coaches in Burbank have been awesome!
