They’re different each day. Takes the guess work out of the equation for me. Playlists are always spot on. And the coaches and staff are unequivocally supportive and respectful of each member’s fitness goals and journey.

J'aime beaucoup le fait que les entraînements sont dirigés étant donné que je connais peu les exercices à réaliser afin d'entraîner mon corps de façon équilibrée. De plus, les entraînements en groupe créent un environnement convivial et sert de source de motivation entre participants. J'aime également le fait de récolter des données sur mes entraînements via l'apparail OTbeat burn. Cela nous donne des statistiques sur chacun de nos entraînements.
There's a great vibe in the studio, the music is great, everybody can work their own pace and level and no two workouts are ever the same.
The hr monitors, I like being able to track how hard I'm pushing or if I'm pushing a but too hard.
Floor workouts with rowing, love the rowing when its mixed in with floor stuff. Some tris and bicep exercises wouldn't go amiss. I've only done 3 classes though, so maybe they're coming.
Treadmill work, first time I've ever been a fan of the treadmills and I like that we are coached but can still go at the pace that feels right, Noone judges.
The app, I like seeing my results and easily being able to book and cancel classes.
It was very fast pace and the energy was consistent!
Trainers are too good super energetic , the environment is good and all exercises too i like everything highly recommended

Les entraînements sont très variés et tous les muscles sont sollicités, certains cours sont très cardio, d’autres plus musculaires, il y a une bonne balance entre les deux !
The workouts are fine, but the great staff at this location makes the early morning workouts better.
