Love all the coaches and front desk staff. In a week's time of my membership there, even the other OTF goers are interacting with me. it is lovely. ONLY suggestion i have is to add more strength training classes.
Love the coaches and the encouraging environment. Going to class and having an efficient workout in 60 minutes is amazing. I also love that there is an important split between cardio, endurance and strength training. The opportunity to focus on Strength or cardio in the 50 classes is also a great option. I am always pushing myself and am happy with the progress I have seen.
Love the different workout that you get to try and Espically the trainers that always help you to get the right form and help you achieve your goals

I like the range of workouts offered on the tread, rower and floor. A great full body workout always.

Love that the coaches push me. I love the HIT concept that incorporates cardio machines. Love the music and atomosphere. Wish there were more class time or opportunities to come in and use the equipment when there isn’t a class going on
I like the formats like G3, G2 and Tread.....the exercises are understandable and translate to improvement of my overall fitness. I know at the end of my workout I feel great and like I have worked. The coaches are all great across the board.

Of all I love the coaches. They provide the guidance and motivation I need to help get my health on track. This is the first time I actually feel committed to a program. The coach led fitness makes such a difference.
