I like that the workouts at OTF are always different with focus on a variety of muscles as well as types of training (strength/cardio/endurance/power). The classes are dynamic as are the coaches and your progress and goals are measurable with the OTF heart monitor. The environment itself is super welcoming and comfortable to workout in.
Great coaches, a great vibe in the gym, and overall a very nice and welcoming experience. The workouts are the perfect mix of exercises on the treads, the rowers, and the floor so that a wide variety of members can enjoy their offerings. Great experience all around!

Effective and convenient
When you walk in everyone is friendly! Each class has people of various age, weight and fitness levels so you don't feel out of place. I just have to show up and follow the workout from the instructor; who also gives us other options on the weight floor if needed and/or tips for improving form to maximize your workout. Time flies by in the hour sessions with music and neighbours cheering you on!

Classes are fun and for all levels. I love that I get to move all parts of my body during classes and see how I match or improve my own achievements.
It's always a combination. Never repetitive. Hard but manageable. You also set your pace.
The workouts and the fantastic instructors
Love that it pushes me to give just that much more. Going all out for 30 seconds allows me to test the limits. Anyone can do anything for 30 seconds right ! I love that there’s a coach telling you what to do (or yelling at you!!) and you don’t have to guess. Full body workout!
I enjoy the class platform about the workout.its makes you do it plus I don't need to bring headphones causes there is music blasting.

Tôt encore pour moi de faire une évaluation juste puisque seulement une séance de faite (la première, celle dont le but est de vivre le concept et voir si on pense que cela nous convient.
À prime abord, équipe dynamique, apparemment séances variées dans leur conception, possibilité de faire seulement cardio, seulement muscu, ou joindre les deux. Plages horaires tôt le matin et jusqu’en soirée ce qui est bien pour moi qui ai des horaires atypiques. Hâte de voir la suite des choses.
