It's amazing... I don't get to know when one hour is up... I am always satisfied with the every workout and it never gets boring...
Very friendly staff, lots of personalized attention, I don’t have to think about what to do, time goes by quickly because there’s lots of variety, overall body workout (strength and cardio). Love this workout and I generally hate working out!
One suggestion - I would love to see yoga, stretch classes added

From the knowledgeable coaches to the absolutely amazing members, everyone is welcoming and keeps you motivated and wanting to come back every day!
I love the workout plans and the coaches who push us to our limit!
-very friendly and approachable coaches and staff
-I never feel awkward or anxious during my workout
-everyone is valued, regardless of their fitness level
-I’m “pushed” to try to have my best workout-at my level
-alternate exercises are provided if the prescribed exercises aren’t manageable at that point
-love the music everyday
-I’ve had just over 75 workouts and have never had two workouts that are the same-the variety is terrific
-I really like the addition of the strength classes

Great Atmosphere with amazing coaches. Best part is that the workout templates keep on changing and it is not repetitive.
