Contagious motivational environment to push hard and get fit. I look forward to each of my session. I was a little skeptical if I would stick to my 2 session per week schedule when I first started last October but now I may increase to three sessions per week. I feel better and sleep better. I am in my 50’s and in the best shape of my life.

What I like about Orangetheory is often praised for its unique approach to fitness, combining cardiovascular and strength training in a high-intensity interval format. The 1 hour, full body workout, focused on training endurance, strength and/or power helps target different muscle groups, promoting overall body strength which exactly what I need. Additionally, the supportive group environment and professional coaches can enhance motivation and results during the workout session.

I have a busy life and working out is a huge stress reliever for me. Orangetheory takes the guesswork out of planning a workout. I walk in and do a thoughtfully planned workout and there’s no stress! I love it.

Enjoy the class, the coaches are very helpful and offers early mornings classes. I get cardio and full body weight training in one hour.
