I love OTF workouts because they always incorporate whole body, functional movements. Each workout can always be personalized to the individual and movement options are always included. Working out in a group setting also pushes me to work harder and do more then I would if I were alone. They are evidence based workouts that ensure quality of movement and safety. I love my OTF !
Great way to get in shape and not worry about planning how to do it myself. Full body workout that absolutely destroys you, in a good way. The extra motivation to get into the orange and stay there as much as you can is great.

I like that the workouts are never the same. The coaches are great. I also like that i can’t cancel a class (Without penalty) at the last minute. It keeps me accountable.
