It gets results! One hour, I don’t have to worry about designing my own workout as it’s already planned out for me, the coaches are great and help make sure I’m doing it correctly (it feels like personal training), the small group atmosphere is energizing, and it’s really fun.
I noticed results easily within a couple months. When I started I couldn’t do sit ups after having had two kids, and now I have more abs then I’ve ever had my whole life. I could also suddenly do push ups....it is all very empowering. It’s the only workout I have consistently stayed with in my entire life, one year now and going strong!
No thinking necessary. Very upbeat atmosphere.

Variety and the instructors
I like that it is varied between strength training and cardio and it is individualized.
I love the structure of the workouts that allow me to build cardiovascular strength and maintain and build muscle mass.
The coaches at OTF Oshawa are top notch, supportive, knowledgeable and excellent motivators one and all.
It’s been almost a year, and I’ve been consistent at 3-4 workouts per week since starting. Workout days I look forward to my hour of “me time.”
The results I’ve experienced go far beyond the weigh scale and the fitness level I’ve regained has enhanced my confidence, my work performance, and general well being in a way I’m truly thankful for.
