Great workout no matter what age you are at. I am 65 and have been working out there for 3 years. The best part is a person does not have to think about what exercises he or she is going to do because the coaches look after that. Just have to show up. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend giving it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Keeps me feeling young and active in the sports I love.
The organization of the class is great. I love the mix of strength training on the floor and treadmill intervals. The instructors are knowledgeable and upbeat. All around a great workout every time.

Everything! The workout is somewhat unknown until you hit the gym (unless you check reddit before which I do, but only to see which sports bra I need to wear). The coaches make such a huge difference, I belonged to so many gyms in the pasted and none of them even come close to OT. It is such a great little community.
