What can I say? You've got the Last name removed family on lock. Every single instructor has a unique quirk and have infectious personalities. I'm very thankful for how AJ treats my mom in the 0730 class, she is absolutely addicted and I've never seen her this active in my life. I struggle with my sleep schedules and Sydney has been very patient with me. I tell everyone I work with about how great the location is. 100 stars out of 10.

This location is hands down one of the best OTF’s I have been to! They hold you accountable, and have many different classes per day to fit your schedule! Even coming back from an injury, this location and their coaches are still kicking my butt!

What do you like about our workout?

It’s the best part of my day, really. It’s the one time of day where I get to completely do something for myself and I’m getting stronger and healthier in the process. The coaches are amazing, so helpful and encouraging. They make it worth getting up to go to the gym.

The atmosphere! I love the fact that there is a coach helping lead the workout. The templates are challenging and I feel great when I finish a class.

First, all of the coaches in Fayetteville, NC are awesome. They are always professional and always help me reach maximum motivation.

As far as the workouts go, i like that i don't have to think about much. I show up and just do what i am told. the workouts are always ALWAYS challenging and i am in constant competition with myself.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the coaching staff and that every time I enter the studio, I have at least one hour during the day that is truly dedicated to my health and well-being. The coaches encourage you to perform to the best of your ability and I have surprised myself on more than one occasion with my accomplishments.

The coaching and the staff! I love how happy and friendly people are to the usual crew and those who are trying out the class or out of town. I appreciate when the coaches pay attention and call out on the members' name so people feel included and know that they can get help or need to stay on task.
