I wanted to come to Orangetheory to get some consistency in my workout routine. Going to a traditional gym, you feel lost because you don't know what to do! However, at Orangetheory, I am guided throughout the class and feel confident in what I'm doing! I also have lost 2 pounds since I started at Orangetheory! Overall, it is a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Since beginning my fitness journey there several years ago I have made and met several personal fitness goals that I would not have otherwise accomplished. They keep the classes and workouts interesting too! Thanks so much to this studio and its Coaches and Staff, they are the best!

The energy and constantly reinforced instruction from Coach Alex keeps me motivated to push through when I would otherwise rather pack it in early. She’s really that good. Also, Coach Ryan’s Lift 45 classes are super beneficial in understanding the right way to work muscle groups without risking injury. I really enjoy the Brier Creek team!

The accountability. For me, it’s much more enjoyable to work out as a group rather than by myself where I feel less motivated. The coaches are also uplifting, making you want to walk out the doors better than you started.
