I appreciate that I don't need to come up with a plan for working out. Everyday a plan is in place and all I need to do is show up, listen and work hard. The benchmarks are also a great way to determine where you are in your fitness journey.

The variety and different workouts each time. I like moving from cardio to the floor.

- most of all the coaches are amazing! Explain/demo the exercises very well and give individual pointers and just in general v motivational

Everything! Working out at Orangetheory is like getting a personal trainer. Every workout is a challenge and different. The coaches and my classmates keep the energy up and push me forward.

I enjoy the variety of workouts, the coaches and their enthusiasm, especially Megan P and Kristi W, and the variability available to each person within the workout. Feel like power walking today? Here’s your goal. Feel like jogging? Here’s your goal. Etc., etc. my husband and I have been members of the OTF #fitfam since August 2015 and love it just as much now as we did when our original studio opened. I loo. Forward to being able to visit other studios when I travel, enabling me to keep up with my fitness. All around awesome experience!!! Thank you, OTF!!! 🧡🧡💪🏻💪🏻🍊🍊

My only knock is there is not a consistent target for strength, i.e, providing a systematic target of different muscle groups.
lots of lower extremity and legs, not as much upper back, lats, or biceps, pecs for strength versus endurance.

Coaches and time of classes are great - would like to see the gym buy additional weights for the rack

One word...Results. This workout keeps me fit and drives me to hit my goals. I enjoy seeing people of all ages and making new friends at OTF. We all encourage each other at all levels. I am 63 years old and if this non athlete with bad knees can do it, YOU can do it.
