The coaches are fantastic, especially Nicole and James. They are friendly and provide helpful form corrections when appropriate. They play great music to keep everyone motivated and push us to give our best effort every time. I love the combination of weights, rowing, and running at OTF, and the fact that everything is explained and demonstrated ahead of time. It’s also awesome that the workout changes daily so I never get bored. OTF has definitely improved my fitness level and I always leave with a sense of accomplishment!

I LOVE IT! I clear my mind as well as exercise my body all in the hour at OT!! Best workout I have every had. It is just enough to wake me up for the day and give me energy without making me so sore it hurts to walk the next 3 days.

I love the structure. I know I am always going to get a rigorous workout. It will be dynamic and fun. Moving from station to station keeps me motivated and allows me to push from one exercise to another.

What do you like about our workout?

Love coaches and structure of workout, especially that it's a little different every day. I love being told what to do and the intensity/challenge - and that I get good cardio & strength training with every workout.

Only negative feedback I’ll provide is:
1. Policy of penalizing late cancellations for morning classes. I think you should either shorten the window for cancellation for classes at 5&6am, or have someone on call to make switches. Sometimes a spot opens up in the 6am class that is more convenient for me but I’m already stuck in a 5am spot.

2. The heart rate monitors kind of suck and are really expensive. I’m now on my 2nd in less than 18 months, and it’s showing signs of imminent death. I’m not going to buy another at $100. I can buy a wrist fitness monitor on Amazon that tells me all of the same stuff, with tons of other features/information, for $40. In fact, I already did. My workout summary might not be displayed on the Monitors, but I don’t really care about that. You should consider better/less expensive technology or a program whereby members pay once and if it breaks you cover/replace - why would anyone continue to spend 3x money for an inferior product?

What do you like about our workout?

I need structure in a workout and someone to take the lead for me. The variety of workouts are great. One workout is never the same as the other. As a working mom, the availability of class times is fitting for me personally. Overall, the workout is only as good as what you put into it. Nothing like a challenge to keep you pushing forward

love the trainers love the workout - I need a studio closer to me :) currently drive 20 min each way so makes it a little more difficult to get there more often
