I have been at OT for about a year and a half and it never gets old.
Rigorous but not too high impact. I like the variety of exercises and the heart monitoring helps for motivation and gaging activity level.

Workout is great - this location is my least favorite for one reason - air circulation! The ceiling fans in the workout area don't produce great circulation, and there are NO fans in the shower rooms. Better fans = 10.
Always different and coaches make the workouts really fun
It is highly efficient. I like that I go in for less than an hour and get a great work out but can plan and fit into a busy work schedule. The app makes it extremely easy to enroll in classes!
Before starting OTF, I was consistently going to another gym. Each day, I would have to think about what I was gonna do for cardio, strength training, etc. I work two jobs as a registered nurse as well as community volunteer work so having to develop a workout plan 5-6 days a week was just another thing on my to do list. I began to not enjoy it and I became stagnant. Joining OTF has been one of the best things for my health. It is effortless! I don’t have to think through anything. All I have to do is sign up, drive there, listen to the coach, and respond. No thinking or figuring out what to do.
Every workout is a challenge! This facility is really nice, too. Lots of “extras” that make it nice!
The coaches are awesome and come up with challenging workouts that are different each time. The biggest thing for me about Orangetheory is that I am pushed to work harder than I would by myself.
Enthusiastic coaches, variety of workouts, helpful staff and workout stats. The music is a bit loud sometimes, but I’m probably just getting old :). I’m on my third month at OT and I really love it - the app is great too for scheduling classes...
Every day is different! The coaches are always energetic, encouraging and inspiring.
Love the atmosphere, the music, the coaches and the workouts. Great stuff. Motivating. Also love the heart rate monitor displayed on the screen to see how you’re doing and how you stack up to others within the class.

Intense, but I am able to set my own pace.
I like doing the tornado workouts because it gives a lot of diversity in the work out versus being on a treadmill for 30 minutes
I like that the next morning I feel sore, knowing I got a great workout in. I like that I feel welcomed, not judged and that I can go through the workouts at my own pace while still pushing myself.
Excellent trainers and friendly front-desk folks. Even though I've been a member of OT for over 2 years, I really appreciate the trainers correcting my form, and especially the encouragement to push myself farther! At 56, it feels great to be able to continue to improve my strength and endurance!
I like the fact that your workout is a one hour long full body workout. It saves time and confusion about what to do at the gym.
Love the variety of workouts, never know what you're going to be working on when you step in the door which is great! The trainers are so positive and motivating and everyone really feels welcoming.

I'm an OTF addict! Prior to joining OTF, I rarely exercised, as I couldn't find any type of exercise that I enjoyed. That completely changed when I discovered OTF. Most days, the hour I spend at OTF is my favorite part of the day, and it definitely makes me less stressed overall. The staff and managers are super motivating and friendly (especially Robert), and they make coming to class fun. The coaches (especially Mike and Quentin) have really helped me with my form on the floor and the rower and always make class fun and energizing with their motivation and especially their playlists!
Excellent workout with great motivation and variety. Really enjoyed the session. My fitness goals revolve around running and cycling so I enjoy the treadmill the most.
