I've been doing Orange Theory for a year and a half. All in all, it's been a great experience. I enjoy the workouts and always work up a good sweat. I also love the staff at OTF. They are friendly and easy to talk to. My favorite is Josue. He is the most visible face of OTF West University and I've known him since I started working out at OTF. He always made an effort to talk to me and made me feel valued. I was very sad when I heard he was leaving our location recently.
I love how each workout is different from day to day. The coaches are awesome...constantly pushing us to be better!

I like that the workouts are not the same every day. Each time, I feel like it is so much better of a workout than I was doing on my own. I still run and do yoga on off-orange days, but I really enjoy the mixed activities that each session brings.

It's the perfect workout for cardio and strength training. I love the atmosphere (and, I'm not a person who likes gyms). The direction is clear, the trainer was awesome and I love the screens in the corner that show you the floor/weight routines.
