The coaches at OTF Pasadena Tx are phenomenal!!! I look forward to working out. It’s so easy to show up and have someone tell you what to do. The music brings a lot of energy and the coaches are always on top of their game. Our front staff greets each customer by name and with a smile, even at 5am!

I find it helpful when the coaches call your name out during the workout, it pushes me to go faster, or hang in there, especially on the tread.
I love that I've learned exercises I didn't know existed. I have a long way to go, but my body is getting stronger, and my mood is much healthier. OT has been the best investment of 2022.

I like the fast pace and the amount of variation. The way the workouts are split between tread rowers and weights within an hour makes the class go by very quickly. The instructors are GREAT! Hailey at the heights location is phenomenal!! She does a wonderful job at making instructions clear from the get go as well as leading the changes throughout seamlessly. Every single class I have taken with her she gives individualized feedback and pushes me to exactly where I should be going (as in heavier weights or taking it up a notch).
It's always different & a challenge. On days that I don't feel like it, I am always pushed to do my best! OTFConroe has a great staff & awesome coaches!

The variety in class activities keeps it interesting and the time flies by.
I love that I don’t have to think. The instructor just takes over and they are very motivational. I especially love the strength training part because I’ve always been intimidated by weights.
I love how the coaches want to make sure you are in proper form while on the strength floor. There is also a lot of motivation from coaches. They will hand you a heavier weight if they know you can lift more. I love the music and the atmosphere.
I like how I can monitor my heart rate and see how much I have improved through out these last 3 years.
I really enjoy just showing up and being told what to do, as weird/silly as that may sound. Part of my stress of being a gym member before was never knowing what to do, how to do it, or why I was doing it. Each workout is different and unique which keeps things interesting and it's always clear what you're meant to be doing, so all I have to focus on is trying my best.

I love the balance of cardio and strength, the stats displayed on tablets and on the tvs help me stay on track. Love most of the coaches and how they keep you motivated. I like the various challenges throughout the year and the ability to track your progress via benchmarks as well as the stats.
Workouts at orange theory are fun and challenging. I like everything about these workouts. Every day we do something different, so it’s never boring!🧡

Effective and efficient
Every workout is different - I love coming into the workout not knowing what I'll be doing during the session. Without exception, I've left every single workout feeling fatigued but great! Tonya is an absolutely fabulous coach: on the strength floor, she monitors us to prevent poor form and offers tips and encouragement, on the treadmill and rower she preps us with what the workout wants us to accomplish and suggests speeds and levels to help us be successful. My only disappointment is that I didn't find OTF sooner!
They are challenging and different from one day to the other. The coaches are great especially Coach DJ and Vivienne!

Accountability!! Not even the late cancellation fee, it’s the positive pressure to push yourself to do and be better!
