Everyday is something different
I like the challenges that it gives me. I'm a marathon runner and before I started working out at Orange Theory, all I did was run. I love the impact that the speedwork and strength training have had on my fitness!

I like the treadmill circuit, wish there was an option for a full 60 min cardio sessions.
They are challenging but doable. I like that I don’t have to think about what to do next
I like the fact that for 60 minutes someone is coaching me on how to workout. I don’t have to ready how machines operate, if I’m doing enough or doing it right. I’m coached to make my heart rate reach the zones it needs to maximize my body’s fat burning capabilities.

There's a coach to guide you on your workout, so you don't have to think about what to do, and the coach ensures you have good form. It's great for those who are just getting into fitness, wants to start going to the gym or have been going for years.
