What do you like about our workout?

I liked having a knowledgeable coach leading the workout timing and exercises. I really liked having the immediate feedback on how I was doing in being in the Orange zone, and in general being able to monitor my heart beat during the different work outs.

What do you like about our workout?

It is easy to schedule classes through the app that best fits my busy day. The classes are well structured and I feel as if I'm getting a well rounded workout every time.

Workouts are diverse and efficient. Clients truly have the ability to push themselves to the extent they desire. The exercises are as close to a “one size fits all” mentality can get.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s fast and covers many areas of a workout that everyone needs. It is very challenging and difficult for me because of the pace! I’m a 67 year old woman in good health. However, it is slowly helping me to feel stronger because I’m pushed to do my best! I like the splats and they are very motivational for me! The coaches are all very good! I’m enjoying going because Of the results I’m getting and will get in the future!!

What do you like about our workout?

Ida was my instructor and took the time to follow up with me to discuss how she could improve her class. We had a great discussion as it's apparent she truly cares about OT's members and their fitness goals. We discussed encouraging more interaction between members and about the glaring lack of proper rowing instruction(which isn't possible when teaching a class). Overall, I came away with the distinct sense that Ida is a fantastic coach and one who is really looking to improve her instruction at every opportunity. I can't wait to get back to Houston and suffer at the OT studio. Thanks.

I love, love, love Orange Theory! The Head Coach at West University Orange Theory Gym, Ida Clay is fantastic! She knows everything about nutrition, weight strengthening and always had great ideas for improving! I really like Michelle and Shastity too because they too are not only fun, enthusiastic and great coaches but really knowledgeable about modifications! I’m a 40% disabled USAF vet and desperately need modification on the floor to get a maximum workout and Ida, Michelle and Shastity consistently deliver! Being partially disabled with bad knees and herniated disks on opposite sides of my back due to military service and sacrifice to our country shouldn’t mean I can’t work out in the Gym or miss out on life! Orange Theory with their dynamic vision and concepts and well trained coaches, Ida, Michelle and Shastity make it possible! Improve your life and your outlook with Orange Theory Gyms!
