The workouts are the appropriate balance between pushing you and being doable, also appreciate how the coaches come and help you with tips how to do things correctly. Also coaches motivate you throughout class to get out of your comfort zone.

I love the vibe and the music. The variety within the classes. I love that I am getting both cardio and strength training all in one workout. I feel that of all the workout programs I have ever done, I get the most consistent results and stay in the best shape with the OTF exercise style. I don't get bored as I do with other programs and I actually really look forward to my classes at OTF.

It’s structured so I don’t have to think about what I’m doing. It’s also varied so I can do what’s right for me.
