I like that even on my off days I still feel like I get a good workout. I also have fun while I’m there. Coaches and staff are awesome.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are challenging and fun. The coaches are awesome and they switch things up to keep it interesting. I've been a regular at OTF three times per week for the past year and have never felt/looked better!

What do you like about our workout?

Amazing and super fun workout. Coach AJ is the best, so motivational. He made us work so hard but it was really fun. I have been sore for 2 days. I cannot wait to go again!!!

I came from out of town and everyone at the studio was friendly and welcoming. Loved the instructor, loved the energy of the class!

The coaches are amazing! Each one will help you to get closer to obtaining your fitness goals. Every workout is different but always intense and I always leave feeling like I accomplished something.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are high energy. The workouts are always different. Even if we don't feel like working out, we show up and go at our own pace. A lot of times we are surprised at how much energy we have and calories we burn. Always worth it to show up!

What do you like about our workout?

I would give a 10 if the monthly package included 10 workouts instead of just 8. Unlimited is too much but 10 workouts would be perfect

I like that it’s efficient & varied. There is always something going on so you are distracted and the hour goes quick.

heart monitor screen. keep your focus there.
interval work out makes it easier than longer endurance
option of inclining walk because i hate running.
upbeat dancing instructors.
accountability by charging cancellation fee when canceling classes

Every trainer I’ve had has been really motivating, and super great with explanation. I love that the workout is different every single time and keeps my body guessing. I definitely feel like I’ve built stamina.

What do you like about our workout?

I teach and practice alignment-based Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonic. I am also an orthopedic massage therapist. All of what I teach is very deliberate and moves at a slower pace to maintain alignment. I love that at my OTF classes I challenge my speed,strength and power in a very different way and still get to practice good alignment. OTF helps me complete my fitness and wellness. I also really thrive on the positive energy from the coaches and others members.
