I love the variety and that any body can do it because of modifications. The coaches push you to do better if that’s what you need/want and they do it with a smile. I must love it, I go 5 days a week.

Coaches are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I love having a workout planned out for me. I just have to show up. I have been working out with OTF for the past year and I am stronger, have more endurance, and love crushing the workouts. Thank you OTF!!

I enjoyed the intensity of the workout and how the coach was constantly pushing everyone. Coach Travis was extremely helpful in making sure my first workout went smoothly and helped me with my form. I felt very welcome the whole time and the overall vibe of the place was upbeat and friendly.

The instructors and front desk staff are always very friendly. The instructors are motivating and the workouts are consistently challenging. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the gym as well!!

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches, the music, the motivation of working out alongside other people. The fact that I don’t have to think about my workout I just have to show up and I know I’m gonna get my butt kicked. It never gets easier but I can see the improvements in myself. Literally.obsessed.

Friendly staff. Great, energetic coaches. Most workouts keep you moving for an hour. Easy to individualize the workout to make it more challenging.

Love the workout and trainers. I’ve never pushed myself so hard before while working out and after only a week I feel stronger. So glad I took a chance.
