What do you like about our workout?

I love that I don’t have to think. I just show up, listen to the coaches, and sweat. I also love that there are various classes throughout the day to accommodate everyone’s schedule. No excuses!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is never the same, which challenges me and keeps me invested. The coaches and staff are encouraging and motivating, and truly want to help me meet my fitness goals. Now when I plan a trip, I always look to see if an OTF is nearby - but I think our studio is the best!

I don't have to think about it. I just come in and do what they tell me and get a great workout in a positive environment. The coaches are very encouraging and high energy.

OTF’s workout changes up my normal workout routine and burns so many more calories than my at-home programs. It’s fun, ever-changing routine challenges my body and gives me great results!

What do you like about our workout?

The ability to monitor my stats. I find I push myself a little harder when I am aiming to burn a certain amount of calories or splat points. The coaches really help motivate earning those rewards too. They push you to get a little bit better every class.

What do you like about our workout?

No matter where I am that particular day, it makes me push myself. The feedback helps me strive for a personal best each time I go. I have noticed a change in my body. I feel stronger and more confident.

What do you like about our workout?

It is always a challenging workout that my body never seems to get used to. I feel like I have a personal trainer for an hour. In addition it is a clean welcoming atmosphere. Great staff, trainers and equipment.

What do you like about our workout?

The staff and coaches are welcoming, encouraging and motivating! I wasn’t sure if OTF would be for me because I’m not an “athlete.” I’ve achieved personal goals in the short amount of time I’ve been attending. By looking at the monitors I can immediately see if I should be pushing myself more to reach the orange zone. I’m hooked!

I am a new member. I love the vibe! Everyone is motivated to get the job done. The instructors are very helpful and care about your form and keeping you on track. I love it!

I love the variety. Every workout has been different, and the time flies by so quickly. The instructors and the staff at the Solana Beach location are fabulous. They make it a fun place to work out!

What do you like about our workout?

It wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be. It wasn’t easy either especially for someone who hasn’t worked out in years ( a lot of years, many, many) but it was doable. I think it will get easier if I can stick with it. I feel really good! The staff and Coach Carmen and the other members working out were all really helpful. That might have been the best part of it all.

I like that i can monitor my heart during my workout. It helps me know when I can keep pushing or when I should slow down.

What do you like about our workout?

I am seeing significant improvements after going from 8 sessions per month to unlimited sessions per month. I am continuing to improve on my push and all out paces and my body is responding well. I feel better than I have in a long time.
