What do you like about our workout?

Its very complete! You are able to not only push yourself in a varied manner (3 stations that are always instructed differently), but you can adapt the workout to your body/heart rate response, making it the best tailored workout i've tried.

What do you like about our workout?

I have been coming to OTF for four years and it has helped my transition to retirement. My MWF schedule where I see friends and enjoy consistent trainers, has enriched my life and made me feel like I am taking good care of my health—compared to a gym where I am bored and lonely, OT workouts challenge me to push myself beyond what I would do if left to my own devices. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming and fun! Thanks so much for a great program!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it gave me an direction to push myself. In a regular gym I typically am not sure what I want to do so I half do a few things and end up with no focus and didn’t push myself to improve at all. This doesn’t allow for that. It’s a focused routine done together and that allows me to just go for it.

What do you like about our workout?

-The studio is clean
-The front staff is amazing
-The workouts are never the same
-You compete against yourself (differs from Crossfit in that sense)
-The music sounds great in the speakers (something that matters a lot to me, clearly)
-The equipment is new and nice
-The heart-rate monitor system is awesome (again, you compete with yourself)
-The coaches are great and upbeat

My job is super stressful, then heading to workout after it is just a daily struggle. Then I walk in there and everyone is so kind, fun, upbeat and wanting to be there and help you. That's something rare in a studio/workout environment.

What do you like about our workout?

Recently I visited an OTF studio in another state. It was a newer studio so they may still be getting comfortable, but it definitely made me appreciate the coaches at Mission Valley. Special shout out to Lana, she is so positive and encouraging. I feel like she truly wants me to improve and thanks to her I've been working on my base pace, it has gotten faster. I appreciate her energy especially in the mornings!

The instructors are great! Really focus on you if you can’t do the exercise properly. Great options for alternatives! No workout is boring.

Full body workout. Takes the guesswork out of what to do at the gym. Love the loud music and dim lights! Awesome coaches! No brainer!
