Fidel is one of the most positive and motivating coaches I have had the opportunity to workout with st an OTF. He recognized that I had not been there before and chatted with me in the lobby for a bit before class as well. It was very welcoming.
The actual workout was challenging, and Fidel continued to challenge us in a a positive way, that made me want to prove something to myself. And the playlist was on point, which always helps!
I love the studio set up too! I had some serious studio envy when I went into the locker room. Ours is nothing like that.

I love the intensity that you can do yourself. The level of coaching is just right. Not in your face, but encouraging. From someone who has tried Crossfit, 24 hour fitness, lots of "boot camps", Orange theory has gotten me fitter faster and the after feeling from orange theory is a dream!
Trainers, change in workout every day.
The facility is great - plenty of room. There is plenty of parking so if you are coming in from work at the last minute, parking wont be an issue. The insructors are fantastic - very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. I love this location!
Coaches are the best!
I like that I don't have to put my own workout together, after a long day of work. I just show up and do what I'm told and go hard!

Everything was doable, I struggled a bit because I am out of shape, but I know it is all doable once I get my strength and endurance back

Great workout! Always different every time. My running has gotten so much faster, which has made my thighs so much slimmer! Still don’t love to row, but apparently it’s good for you so I do what I’m told! Hehe!
I love the variety of classes and the fast pace of the courses. When the blocks switch a lot, the classes go by really fast and my heart rate stays where I need it to be. The coaches make all the difference though. James and Anthony do such a great job about getting to know people, keeping the whole class engaged and still making you feel like you have a personal coach for support and modifications.

The coaches were great Nate was awesome. Very high energy and kept the class engaged. Awesome workout. Calista was amazing, she corrected my improper rowing technique and boosted my watt output!! Thank you so much!! Matt and Andrew were awesome coaches and helped me achieve my full potential!
The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly!! Brooklyn is the bomb!! So much fun!
