Orange Theory workouts are a perfect combination of cardio and strength training that enable me to maintain the fitness level and weight required for my lifestyle. The workouts maximize the time spent and the location of my studio is very convenient. I enjoy the other OT enthusiasts and the staff too. It’s so much more fun than solo workouts. As they say, it’s the best workout you can get in an hour.
It’s a fun, custom designed, high intensity work out every time. The staff and coaches are all very friendly and knowledgeable. You will get results very quickly. Give it a try! You have nothing to lose but a few pounds.

Workouts are almost always more than difficult enough without being so difficult that they become demoralizing. They’re also more varied than I would have expected with so little equipment. Coaches are always friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful
I joined OT at the first of May 2023! I realized that at my age with arthritis, weight gain from being less active and the suffering of chronic pain from many past injuries have contributed to my inability to do the things I used to do.
I look forward to the hour workout. Some days are more difficult than others. I compete against myself, not others in the class. I may not perform every task correctly, but I try my best. And I’m getting better, stronger, less pain and have toned these old flabby muscles. I have also lost weight and dropped two sizes.
A couple of shout-outs to coaches. Coach Jacob is amazing. He is concerned with my past injuries and limitations. He checks up on me during the session and if I’m doing something incorrectly, he helps me get it right. That’s what I need. His guidance is helping me achieve my personal goals without injury.
Coach Sara is also very watchful and helpful to assist and aid me to be sure I am doing the lifts correctly.
I’m working diligently in getting the whole rowing technique down. Coaches Jacob and Sara are guiding me. Thank you!!!
In my early 40s, I could run one mile in 7 1/2 minutes. I will never do that again and I don’t need or want to. But I do want to be able to get up off the floor when I play with my grandchild!

Coaches and variety of classes
Everything, from the creative classes, fun music, the push, the all-out instruction to the results you see and feel.
OTF takes the decision making out of working out. All I need to do is commit to showing up. The program is affective and the coaches are great! I love that every class is different and challenging.
The classes have given me new life as a healthier and fitter person. I can’t say it’s easy. Hey have great coaches to show you the workouts. If you don’t know how to do something just ask one of them and they will happily show you. Shout out to Sheree, Levi, Marie, and Natalie. They have been awesome for me and my wife. Thank you OTF
Great full body workout. Great, friendly staff
What I enjoy the most about the workouts is that it’s never the same. I know coaches mention that a template might be from earlier in the month or a previous month. But I’m not the same person I was in that first class. I’m stronger and more dedicated. I think most if not all the members feel that way at times. It also never hurts to change things up. Inclines are still the enemy but I push through and make the workout count.
Show up and sweat for 55 minutes.
Orangetheory forces me to work harder than I ever would on my own. I like how many time slots are available to work within my schedule. Orangetheory makes me stronger and the staff are always very friendly and do a great job amping the clients up before the workouts.
If I could offer a piece of advice is to encourage the staff to step in when clients are not using correct form more.
