Workouts are fantastic. Coaches care about your success. You can talk to other members as much as you want. Zero pressure. I kind of love this place.
I grew up playing rugby and football (soccer), and the workouts are similar to what I grew doing. In those days it was called interval training. Today it's known as HIT. I Like the way that the blocks are structured, and the challenges that they present.
Instructions are clear and conscise and are presented with options.
Coaches are great at improving form on the weight floor, rowers and treads. You don't get this type of 1 on 1 attention during group classes at other gyms that I've been to.

Just started last Sunday and already feel at home at this studio! Looking forward to meeting my goals and pushing myself in these classes. The staff is amazing and very helpful whether it be the front desk helping or coach’s.

Coach Katie brings the energy and motivates my husband and I to give our workout everything we have. We also tried coach Dora and were not as impressed by her- she didn’t make it a point to get to know any of the class or to encourage us. We are intentionally rearranging our schedules going forward to attend Katie’s classes as we know we’re going to have an excellent workout each time we take one of her classes.

People and every day is different
The variety and mix of movements and the ability to challenge yourself as much as you want. The group environment is really motivating, supportive and fun. The coaches encourage you throughout the guided workout and make sure you are doing things correctly to prevent strain or injury.
The different themed days and specialty workouts keep me interested and coming back for more.

The workouts are tough, but challenging and I can really see progress in my strength and endurance! The coaches and staff are so positive and encouraging, so that type of atmosphere is what motivates me to come as often as I can.
The coaches are wonderful! I drive further out because I like the coaches at the studio more than the studio closest to me. They always correct you, they're upbeat and energetic.
OTF workouts are outstanding; all of them, even the ones I don't love 100%. I'm never sorry I went to an OTF workout. My body may regret it a day afterward, but that's easily resolved by booking myself for another class and working out the soreness by working out.
Interval training and a coach to help motivate. Alos, the workout is planned out so I do not need to plan my own workout routine.
