Love the workouts! They’re always different & always challenging. I appreciate the front desk staff greeting me, usually by name, and also saying goodbye. I like that the coaches hand out high fives or fist bumps throughout the class and keep us motivated.

This is an awesome studio with fantastic coaches. Lou and his entire staff are awesome. When I travel I visit other studios. I always get a solid workout and the coaches are good but not to the level of my home studio in my opinion. Thanks for a great year of working out, looking forward to what OTF has planned for 2019.

I normally work out at East Cobb, which is closed for renovation until this weekend. Sandy Plains is another great studio with awesome coaches. I love everything about the workout, but most of all, the RESULTS!

There are so many great things I'd like to say about Orangetheory at Rivermont!!
The gym staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, my "crew" is fun and encouraging, and the coaches are AMAZING.
I have had very few problems or questions, but whenever anything comes up, the staff is always available and responds immediately. They genuinely want to make my experience positive.
I have been so fortunate to have formed great friendships with many of the people working out at my regular time slot in the morning. I have never experienced such a team attitude in a gym before! Everyone is positive and encouraging; celebrating successes every day. What a NICE group of clientele!!!
Although the whole picture at OTF is a GREAT experience, I have to say the coaches truly truly bring it home for me! When I first signed up almost two years ago, I was TERRIFIED! I thought I was definitely in over my head. Kelly quickly showed me that although Orangetheory is a tough and challenging workout, it is accessible to everyone; regardless of fitness level or age. It took time, but I am no longer the last to finish runs, rows, and floor exercises. I have achieved MEASURABLE improvements in my fitness, my heart-health is the best it's ever been, and I have the most positive attitude in all things that I've ever had.
Trust is vital to all of this happening. I strained a muscle in my leg and decided (without input from knowledgeable professionals) that I'd just lay off it for a while... Well THAT didn't help. Mandi called me because she was concerned that she hadn't seen me in a while and I told her about my leg. She was concerned and encouraged me to come back in and let her work with me. When I got back in there, both she and Kelly were careful to recommend modifications to my workout. They paid attention to me throughout the class; making sure I wasn't over-doing it and checking for any pain. It was like a MIRACLE! After two weeks of gimping around on a sore leg, I was 75% better after one day! Lesson learned! Trust Mandi! She knows what she's doing! She cares and she sincerely wants to help me get better.
Orangetheory has completely changed my attitude about fitness. I don't work out to look good. I work out to FEEL good. I truly believe the Orange Zone is my key to #MoreLife. I feel GREAT!
