Everything. Just attend the class and do as coach asks you too and your entire body gets good exercise. Personally I have got lot of benefits from OTF. So I just Love OTF.
Varied and it pushes me.
I really enjoy the variety and intensity without the pressure. While there are coaches there to encourage you to get outside your comfort zone they do not make you feel like you are required to try and push yourself so hard you do not enjoy the experience. You could tell that the people who had been going for a while came back because they really enjoy it. Everyone is happy and friendly.
I love having Sydney as my trainer!!! She does an amazing job and I hope she stays!!

I love the coaches. They are real friendly and helpful and encouraging. I was hoping that the patrons would be a little more friendly and I have encounter my first bully group. I would’ve hope that this kind of behavior would be looked down upon, but unfortunately it is not. I won’t change my score because I love the workout and I love the coaches and you all cannot control the people. But I hope that you would put out something for those that are acting like children in high school.
Consistency, upbeat atmosphere
The intensity and structure. Also the adaptability of the weigh area for injury or ability.
I like that the coaches check in, but are not over bearing. I like that it feels like a community and people support one another. I also appreciate the workout recaps and the time the ASM/Coach (Kristen)/took to walk me through them after my first class.

It’s intense but you do it at your own pace. All of the coaches are just great and are there to help with any questions you might have. I just love it!
It’s like personal training but in a group setting.
The coaching. I love that everyday is a different workout and I simply have to follow directions. The stress of wondering what I’ll do in the gym is over.
Also, I can see results and I feel so much stronger and healthier.
The intensity and the coaches pushing you
It’s exactly what I was looking for, a perfect balance of cardiovascular fitness and strength and conditioning training. I also enjoy looking at how many calories I’m burning. A great experience. Really glad I joined. I’m in my 50s, and haven’t worked out in a very long time, and it was very easy to stay with this work out.

Always pushes me to do better than the previous class. Everyone is friendly an non judgemental.
Instructors really get you motivated to push yourself. Their music mixes helps my workout go fast. Couldn’t do a workout like this on my own. I have seen my body change over the last 8 months and thats what keeps me motivated! I average 4-6 classes per week because OTF works!!
