I really like how welcoming it is! Every time I walk in I'm greeted by name and it feels like a small family. I really enjoyed how everyone was encouraging and welcoming when it was my first day and it helped to make me feel encouraged to continue to return. I love the classes with Coach Jackie because she's so encouraging and helpful to make sure that my form is correct so that I can get the most out of my workout. I also like that she always encourages us to push just a little bit more so that we aren't doing it to be comfortable, but to improve. I've had great experiences with all the coaches! My reason for rating OTF a 9 is because of the schedule and price. I wish more classes were available and times, but I understand it's not always as easy as just making more class times. I would like for the classes to be a bit more affordable too, but again I know it isn't as easy as just making them cost less. I'm happy I've joined orange theory!

Love all the coaches. The whole staff is very encouraging and welcoming no matter what stage of your fitness journey you may happen to be on. They cultivate a culture that helps you succeed.
Always challenging but I really love the fact the no two classes are the same. I feel like I have a personal trainer in a group setting.
The only facility that has kept my interest without needing a friend to go with. I attend class 4 days a week and actually look forward to coming. I love the energy, the coaches and a great workout!!

I love that we are staying active for a full 60 minutes. The coaches demonstrate everything you need to do before hand so you know how to do each step. It truly is up to you on how hard or how light you want to ho that day. And nobody will judge you! You’re your own competition and everyone else is there to support and encourage you. It’s simply a great product and I highly encourage everyone to try it out for at least a month!
I love the workouts, and the coaches are amazing! My endurance and strength has improved so much more since I started at OTF.
I love our East Cobb Coaches and the flexibility of the workouts. I don’t think I have ever repeated a workout and I am about to hit 200.

Great equipment, great acoustics in the workout area of the facility, spacious lobby area with bathrooms and showers, good parking. Numerous talented coaches, lots of class times/options.

Coaches are available but not overly involved with my workout. The Splot points are highly reinforcing for me and push me to earn more points throughout the workout and get uncomfortable.
I like how the workouts change every day and the interval training. I appreciate the encouragement fromnthe coaches and the rest of the class.

As an OTF member from California, I was so excited to discover there was a OTF near the place I was visiting that I jumped into my car to try to make a class. I was so impressed that your staff let me come in at the last minute without having fully registered in advance. They were accommodating and helpful and I had great classes all that week!

The team, workout structure, coaching style, group sessions ....you wouod not need a reason after one class...sometimes I do even two classes in a day...This is coming from someone who was never a regular even at a regular gym
I like that they are challenging. I also like that while on the treads it goes quickly because there is constant change in speed/incline and duration. I like that there is a weight portion. I like the benchmarks, the heart rate monitoring, coaches, and often playlists.
