Each workout is different and combines weight lifting and cardio. Also heart rate targeted workouts are more efficient in building a stronger heart.

I like the coach lead exercise. Often when I would work out in brick and motor gyms, I would workout aimlessly, not really sure what I was doing. But working with coaches like Heidi, Gina, Nolan and others at the Milburn location they explain the exercise, demonstrate, and of course walk over to explain to the exercise to me when I'm doing something wrong (which is very often for me, lol). I really appreciate that they understand the gymers and are always engaging with each one. Thank you

No two workouts are the same!
I have always struggled with self-motivation in going to the gym. I grew up getting my exercise on team sports as a kid and through college, from basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, and eventually crew. I am very motivated by a coach to complete whatever workout needs to be done - as long as I'm brought through the workouts. Orange theory fits that type of workout to a tee. I like that it is different everyday and that there is no routine - if I know what's in store, I won't want to go. Burpies today? Forget it - but if I show up and it's on the screen, guess what I'm doing - burpies. Its a clean hour, which is a huge perk - you get in, warm up, kick your butt, and stretch your muscles, which is perfect. I tend to come in during work lunch, so it's very easy to keep myself going and accountable. I like the heart rate monitor as well. I am very competitive, and a lot of folks are. OT is a race against yourself first, which is good for tracking, and following the instructions in real time. I'm very analytical, and I want to know if I'm pulling harder, running faster, and earning the splat points. I love that I can see my numbers and stats in real time at the gym, and afterwards. All around, its easy to go to, and it feels good to get the workout done. Sometimes motivation is hard to come by, but OT is easy to just show up to - whether you have the motivation or not.
I push myself at my own pace but with instruction and motivation from the coach. I like the music, it helps the workout environment. I also like monitoring my heart rate and zones and calories burned.
Top tier coaches, staff, as well as the format providing me with real time data to inform the amount of effort I can put in to each workout to accurately challenge myself.
Love the classes! The class dynamic makes it go by quickly!!
I like moving from the rower, treadmill and the floor. This type of class keeps you motivated that you don’t realize that the hour is up! The coaches are also awesome!!

OTF is great. I like the way I don't have to think about what to do next. I just show up and the coach gives me the cues. I also like that I can work at my own pace. Consistency is the key to results!

There are so many things I love about these workouts….the accountability (those late charges are the only thing that gets my butt out of bed for a 5am class), the structure and templates, the coaches, and the people I have met!
