Different enough to keep me motivated/engaged throughout, but I never felt lost or rushed. I like the blend of guided but also very customizable.
Orange Theory is a great full body workout, that you can truly turn off your mind and get a great workout done within an hour. The coaches tell you what to do, when to do it, and even give modifications if you have an injury, or concern about any movement in particular that you may not feel comfortable doing.
One thing I would like to see is more of a variety in coaches in the early morning classes. I know it is hard to get someone for a 5AM class, but right now, there are only two options throughout the week. I love the coaches that we have, would just like a different coach as well.
I like going to the workouts because it reminds me when I was in gym class in school we would all do the work out together. I find that encouraging and fun.
It's motivating and gives you a variety of workouts to target different areas. Plus the coaches and staff are really awesome 😊
Instructor was great. Informative. Helped modify and the class -was perfect a weight training addition to my workout.

I like how the workout is in intervals between weights/rower/treadmill. It keeps me focused and from getting bored since I don’t like doing one thing for too long. I was so nervous when I first started Orange Theory because I was new to working out but it was so easy to get the hang of and now I love it!!
Instructors are very helpful when trying to get started and I have had the best workout I have had in a long time.
Each class is very challenging and all the coaches are amazing
I don’t have to use my brain for 60 minutes; the instructors always tell me what to do, so I can focus and get a great workout. It’s comprehensive, high-energy and yields great results.

The instruction and the coaches. They are all like my second family.
I liked doing 3 different activities and having my heart monitored. But after 2nd class my back hurt so will ask coach to see if my form is off with rowing or floor
The coaches, the staff and the welcoming enviornment
The coaches and front desk staff make me feel very welcome. As for the workouts, I like that they change every day. The instant feedback (via the armbands) lets me know how much effort I am giving. being able to track my performance lets me see if i am making progress.

ensure members do the exercises in theccorrect way during the classes.
Structured programs, passionate instructors, 60 mins of non-stop challenging workouts, friendly staff! This place rocks!
