Workouts are rigorous and regimented; it forces you to work hard and to combine cardio and weight training. Coaches are positive, helpful, and enthusiastic.
Diverse activities and friendly environment.
Since I’ve joined I’ve been super motivated and dedicated to getting at least 3-4 workouts in a week. It’s like having my own personal trainer for 1hr every day without the huge price tag. In addition, you are accompanied by all other members in your class who are all at different levels in their fitness journey yet they’re indirectly motivating you because you’re always all in it together. I am much stronger than I’ve ever been and I truly believe the health journey is just that..a journey! So why do it alone.

I enjoy the class based system. It allows me to focus in on my workouts without needing to plan out what I need to do. I also enjoy having stat tracking via the heart rate monitor to know when I need to increase intensity or to scale back.
It was fun and the time went really fast. It was also difficult and a challenge which is good.
I love that the classes are so well structured and I feel like I’m really getting a fully body workout. The instructor is great making sure everyone is okay and making workout modifications for those who need it. Totally worth the membership!
I really liked the workouts I have done with Henry (2 classes so far). He was encouraging and extremely helpful with the exercises that were new to me.

It’s hard but customizable to your skill level. I like that I don’t have to think and I can just be told exactly what to do and when.

Very high calorie burn and strength building
I’m still learning what Orange Theory is about but I am excited for my journey. I definitely love running so adding that into the workout is a great and I love switching up the routine with rowing and floor.

The workout is total body and includes cardio and weights, the coaches care so much, and everyone is so welcoming!
They were very informative and made my first workout great. Especially me being so nervous.
Intensity, music and variety
