I have been doing Orange Theory for several years and I absolutely love it! The workouts are always changing and there is no thought process on my end, which for me is a good thing. The instructors are amazing! Always keeping you motivated, which sometimes during an endurance run is necessary. And I have to say that every time I walk in the front door, the staff at the desk are always welcoming and always helpful.

Work outs are fun and for the most part, easy to follow. There is something special in the combination of music, light and the energy from people around you that motivates you.

I like that I it is switching between exercises so u don’t get bored. The music is always great and gets u going. I also like the trainer he was a good time.

Everything! The coaches are motivating, great music, and challenging exercises that vary daily.
Trainers are key. Leon has motivated me for years and makes sure I don’t perform floor exercises incorrectly. I greatly appreciate that. I have burned hundreds of thousands of calories over the years and know OTF Closter has improved my health.

Coach Amanda is the greatest!
It is the best workout ever. I have gone to classes since 1982 all kinds and this is by far the most enjoyable and I feel like I hit all my objectives. Your floor workouts hit the muscles, the rower (my favorite) is challenging and a great cardio and stomach. legs and arms .... the tread mill or bike / strider are great for endurance. I am so glad I found this gym!!

I love how challenging it is. The feeling I get when I leave otf is unlike any other. It’s so easy to push yourself to the limit because of the incredible motivation from all the coaches. I legitimately recommend it every chance I get 🤣
