I really enjoy how every workout is set up differently each time you go. The coaches do an excellent job keeping you motivated during the workout which really helps.

I just would like to put on a request to add late classes around Rockaway, Denville, Parsippany area .... having a young child and long commute sometimes to fit a class is a bit hard

I love the workouts and the coaches.
I love that it is not the same every day. The coaches are wonderful and help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. There is a mixture of cardio and strength everyday. Classes have different focuses, strength, power or endurance. Sometimes the blocks within the class hit all three of these focuses. I like that the coaches also give modifications when they are needed . I’m 75 years young and OTF is the best thing that ever happened to my fitness routine.

It is a non competitive interperson workout and accommodations are easily made for issues. on tred there are walkers. joggers. runners. I may be one if the oldest but feel very comfortable.
Free trial! its addictive in a good way. I go twice a wk but you can go more or less. They greet you with a smile!

The coaches
The workout is for any age/fitness level, etc but somehow is as difficult as you can go. I’ve worked out for many years and the OTF environment is the first time I’ve learned how to push myself beyond where I’m comfortable and it’s been rewarding seeing the results.
