Its ultimately your choice of how hard you want to push yourself. The coaches help but you can decide what you want! A runner, a walker, like to lift weights, like creativity…. OTF will work with you. Plus you get to know your fellow classmates when you go consistently to the same days n times!
I love the idea of the well rounded workout in 60 mins... I also like that a 50min Strength class was added that is also very good for those not feeling like or not able to do aerobic activities as intense as HIIT. The staff and coaches are all super friendly and helpful too! ;)

At 72 I have found OTFMontvale to be my happy place. When I am there, working out, I am reborn every time. When I leave the endorphins are flying high, & I am 42, not 72. Every single day is different and a new challenge. The coaches are all helpful, empathetic, supportive and well versed in fitness. I love to run, so I start on the tread. Each exercise is geared to either strength, power, endurance or some of all 3. The water rower uses all my muscles, upper & lower body plus also great cardio. Floor exercises are varied & geared towards improving muscle tone.
The Front Desk is unlike any others. I’m always greeted warmly and enthusiastically. I joined the day they opened & was uncertain if it was for me. If I can do this 2-4 times a week at 72, then anyone w a desire to get healthier & more fit should at least try it. John, the manager, is extremely friendly and has a well run fitness mecca.
