The intensity, the encouragement
Everything, it pushes me to do my best, and motivates me to push myself more then I am ever able to working out on my own

I like that my heart rate is being monitored. I also like that every workout is different and also that the workout consists of cardio, core and weight workout. Also I like the encouragement from each instructor and the close monitoring if I am using the correct form when doing the exercises.
The staff at the Orange facility is great! The ladies at the front are all very welcoming and all the coaches are terrific! Mark is there on my regular days and he is not only encouraging and supportive but he runs a great workout. He always emphasizing good form on the floor snd rowing but he also pushes everyone to do their personal best on the treadmills.
Loved workout it was challenging & hard yet really fun
Well, it let's me get things done without having to think about it. A weird thing happens in a class setting, you just do what your told and the next thing you know your ready to pass out and dripping sweat and you hear that '3,2,1'
Wipe off your gear and are off to a great day!
Now with that said there are a few things that I feel need some attention.
1) can anything be done about the circulation in the class, I usually do the 605 class and it's always musty and thick, like a locker room
2) I know this is not specific to the location but those bands.. kind of sucked (maybe that's why they have not been used again)
3) most of the time it's not an issue but I have noticed, mutiple times that the floor in the weight room is wet from sweat or what ever making it slippery and had to use the straps.. again not sure there is.much that can be done or if there is a better material that could be used to maintain grip
With all that I am very happy with the membership and think you do a good job

It’s different every time. The coaches are motivating. You feel good when you finish your workout.
I feel great after each workout. Coaches are great and I love watching how I am doing during my exercises and how many calories I burn after each class.

We loved that the workout is a whole body workout, the trainers are very attentive, educated and always make sure that you are feeling and doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. Plus, it's awesome that you feel the whole body burn in an hour.

It’s always different. We do things that I wouldn’t normally do. I am not a gym person and usually only run and go to yoga class
The instructors are great and very motivating
I love that it is hard but you are only competing with yourself. and I love that you never get bored because it’s alwasy different.
Overall body workout. Cardio. strength .shown results of heart capacity for body performance and a instructor to make sure your doing right and encouragement
I love that every day is different and that all I have to do is show up and be told what to do.
