I love that every day is different. I love that each workout makes me push myself. I love that I get a full body workout. I love the encouragement from the coaches. I love that the benchmarks and challenges help me track my progress.
I loved the music, the dim lights and especially the instructor. I like that things change i.e. jog, then sprint etc. I like the exercises at the end of class too.
I love the variety between cardio and strength training, the science behind the workout and heart rate monitoring, and the motivating environment

The variations from day to day are a key benefit for a daily gym rat or even for a person coming in 2 random days of the week. The floor circuits are also great because they leave room to modify and deliver a clear expectation on the moves through the video sequences.

I like that it’s an hour long and the coaches are on your butt.
I love everything about the OTF workouts. The best part is the coaches cheering is on. I also love that the workouts change daily. So we may focus on one part of the body one day and then another part the next day. This makes it easy to come to OTF seven days a week. My absolute favorite classes are the 90 min though.

I like how positive the coaches are.
I love that it is challenging but on my terms. Feels very personalized. And the entire staff at Laguna Niguel, both coaches and reception, are such positive cheerleaders. I always leave feeling good, like I’ve accomplished something. Would recommend for anyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

Feedback during workout was positive AND instructional. I like an encouraging coach, but I LOVE a coach that gives me feedback on my functional form and performance.
Coaches are personable. Small, family feel of the location. Non-competitive but still pushes me to do my best.

I like when the trainers push me to my limits. I like seeing my performance with my heart rate monitor. Additionally the camaraderie of the gym something I look forward to when I come each and every day.
