How I feel and results
Organized and nonstop
Every workout is always a challenge and you have great coaches. My favorite coach, Trevor is the reason I still go and why I only usually go to his class. But I have tried other coaches as well and they are also very good.
I like that I pushed myself way harder than I would have had I been working out on my own. Great motivation from the trainer.
Great instructors and staff. Great music, and challenging/fun workouts. My wife and I love the interval training and how every workout is new and different. Highly recommend OTF!

It’s for all fitness levels
The workout is intense every time and never the same so you never get bored! The coaches are very good about watching or correcting your form if necessary. Best all around workout for sure!!

The variety and mostly the ability to track my stats During my workout (what zone I’m in, calories burned). The coaches are great and the energy in the room is fun.

I like that the workout is scheduled (keeps me from not showing up to class). I like the structure of the workout and the coaches always take the time to help us along the way. And I like to monitor my Heart Rate on the board (keeps me in check).
I don't have to think and I get a maximum calorie burn for the work I'm putting it. Lots of cardio with low impact on joints.
