I love that everyday is a new workout to challenge you.
What works best for me is having a structured workout guided by a coach that blends cardio and strength. I'm much more motivated to attend classes at OTF than I ever was going to the gym on my own. I also enjoy the benchmark and signature workouts.

I love the classes at Orangetheory Fitness Springfield. The coaches are engaged and encourage all members to reach their goals in a safe and positive manner. Coach Christina brings incredibly energy (and music!) every morning. She is deeply invested in promoting a safe and hard-working atmosphere in all of her classes.
The SAs at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The studio itself has been renovated and is excellent.
