The variety of the workouts. The ability to come in and get a well rounded hour without needing to do the prep work to plan for it

As someone who has always hated exercise and began OT as a very out-of-shape individual, I find the workouts fun and I love the way I feel when I'm done. I also appreciate how I can work at my own pace and level and am never made to feel embarrassed or ashamed because I'm still working to improve my fitness level. OT creates a welcoming and encouraging environment. If OT can make ME begin to love exercise, they can make anyone love exercise.
It’s the best 1 hour workout. Steve makes it like a family there.

The studio is so welcoming - any age and any fitness level! The coaches are top notch and are great at adapting the workout to individual needs, too. Hands down my fav OTF location!

Mixes it up! I like that it’s different every day, and that it makes me do a variety of things versus just always going on a run by myself. I also like that it incorporate floor weights, which is so important for bones and joints as we get older. I love the encouragement of the coaches, makes you want to work harder and challenge yourself.

I like that I do not think about it. I just go, and do what I am told. Music is great and the coaches have amazing energy.
