The class helped me to push hard to reach and stay in the Orange zone; I enjoyed the challenge and felt like my body got a great workout. I enjoyed the structure and the direction of the coach as well!
Cherry Hill isn’t my home OTF studio, but I travel here on Fridays to take the 8am class with a friend who lives nearby. The consultants up front are friendly and welcoming. I also love class with Coach James! His energy is unmatched. I don’t mind the 30 minute commute because it’s always a positive experience.
I love that every day is different, challenging, but most of all fun! The coaches, front desk staff, and clients are all so welcoming and encouraging. High fives all around make even the hardest blocks seem not so bad!
It is intense but a good workout and you are in and out in an hour
The best part was the option to feel like you are competing BUT only if you want to. I'm extremely competitive so to see my progress vs the rest of the class was a huge motivating factor for me, to push harder, run faster. On the other hand, if you are not of a competitive nature you can easily just focus on your own personal improvements from class to class. I would never have worked that hard and expended that much energy on my solo workouts. I absolutely loved it. If I took 2-3 classes a week I would far exceed the progress I make on my 7 day workouts that I currently subscribe.
Love, love, love Orange Theory. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are ALL awesome, the owners CARE about the faculty and the staff make it a point to know your name!! Best place to work out and stay healthy!!!

Work out is different and challenging EVERYDAY
The variety and coaches.
Different and varied each time. Although a group setting, individualized coaching is offered when a coach sees something being done incorrectly. Coaches are friendly and encouraging. I have been coming for about a half year (twice/week) and definitely notice the difference in my muscle tone and fitness level.
I’m in best shape I’ve been of my life. My cholesterol is down to 180 from 220. My HDL/LDL ratio is 3:1, Was 1:3. Made more muscle, lost some fat, unfortunately my pant size came down too, 😉 30 from 32. The motivation from the awesome members to all the coaches is what gives me the motivation to wake up early and continue as well as seeing results. I love the change up in exercises and I don’t have to be there for 2-3 hrs to see results. Definitely worth my premier membership.
Orangetheory Blue Bell is the best. The coaches, especially Lisa and Paul, have a true passion for fitness and the membership is just as supportive as the staff! It’s an incredible workout.
I like how the workout is pushing me and getting me out of my exercise rut.
