I’ve been to a lot of orange theory locations and each one is a little different. As a visitor at Ardmore, I felt that there was a close knit family vibe and everyone was very friendly. As a bonus, Cory the coach sounded like a game show host throughout the workout, which was rather entertaining! The whole experience was enjoyable.
The variety of work outs is awesome and I always feel motivated to push myself!
I love the workouts!! Coaches are motivating and simply the best! The only thing that I would change is maybe longer strech-time? But other than that, I love Orange Theory and all of the team of OTUCity!!

I love that all I have to do is show up and the workout is planned for me. I struggled with what to do at regular gyms and how to work the machines . The coaches have been amazing with helping me , pushing me and guiding me .

The class helped me to push hard to reach and stay in the Orange zone; I enjoyed the challenge and felt like my body got a great workout. I enjoyed the structure and the direction of the coach as well!
Cherry Hill isn’t my home OTF studio, but I travel here on Fridays to take the 8am class with a friend who lives nearby. The consultants up front are friendly and welcoming. I also love class with Coach James! His energy is unmatched. I don’t mind the 30 minute commute because it’s always a positive experience.
I love that every day is different, challenging, but most of all fun! The coaches, front desk staff, and clients are all so welcoming and encouraging. High fives all around make even the hardest blocks seem not so bad!
It is intense but a good workout and you are in and out in an hour
The best part was the option to feel like you are competing BUT only if you want to. I'm extremely competitive so to see my progress vs the rest of the class was a huge motivating factor for me, to push harder, run faster. On the other hand, if you are not of a competitive nature you can easily just focus on your own personal improvements from class to class. I would never have worked that hard and expended that much energy on my solo workouts. I absolutely loved it. If I took 2-3 classes a week I would far exceed the progress I make on my 7 day workouts that I currently subscribe.
Love, love, love Orange Theory. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are ALL awesome, the owners CARE about the faculty and the staff make it a point to know your name!! Best place to work out and stay healthy!!!
I loved the intensity, the variation between workouts and the cardio.
I think the coach for the 5 am class (Michelle) does a terrific job. I leave feeling pushed and glad I stuck to it.
