The internal competition I have with myself to have the most splat points in each class.
I love that it’s different everyday! You rotate between three main statins yet I’ve never experienced the same workout twice. It’s nice going in and experiencing something new- it keeps you on your toes! Coaches motivate you throughout the workout to be your best even when you’re not feeling your best! There’s no judgement and everyone is there to support one another.
I would recommend this work out to anyone! It’s truly amazing and keeps my body in shape throughout the year!😍

Working in the team environment and having a coach to push you makes the workouts well worth the money. It would be hard to motivate yourself to push it through all of these strenuous workouts by yourself. Can you outcompete the other people in the class especially the ones that are half my age.

It pushes me to try harder and turn my workout into what I wanted me workouts to become. I don’t feel pressured, but I feel motivated by the group I’m with and the coach. I think that’s an important distinction to make. With personal training I’ve done in the past, I felt pressured. Keep in mind that you get out of the class what you put into it. But if you’re looking to lose weight, nothing works better than doing it with a group of like minded individuals. You do have to buy proprietary heart rate monitors, but the tech is also motivating when you can see the estimated calories your burning in real-time based on your heart rate and it kind of becomes a game trying to earn as many “splat points” as you can.. at least for me. With Orange Theory, I feel motivated.. and while the workout is very challenging and tough for me at this point, I feel amazing after the class and that feeling keeps me coming back. At the end of the day, you can’t put a price on that feeling. For me, it really works.. and I’m glad I found the motivation I needed. I hope others find that motivation too.

I like the personal training aspect and the way the routines are set up. Very challenging for a newcomer without fitness recent training. I felt the difference same day. As a new person to this gym, I found myself very out of shape and felt a little out of my league; however, if one is serious, a think this is the ideal gym.
It's the best workout I've ever had and I can monitor heart rate and cals at the same time.
I like the different types of workouts. It can be endurance, strength or power.
