What do you like about our workout?

I love the camaraderie of the class and the fact that all you have to do is show up. The coaches and the group style training provide the motivation. Also, you can slightly adjust the workout according to your skill level and yet get as good a workout as everyone else.

Your workout was intense, but refreshing. I didn't think I could push my body that far, but I survived! I also loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the facility. Lastly, the team that worked me out was AWESOME!

I love that no two workouts are the same. I am surrounded by others trying their hardest and coaches keeping up the motivation. I feel very accomplished after finishing a class.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF classes are structured so it's challenging for everyone at all levels of fitness. The combination of cardio & strength training in 60 minutes is a great full body workout. The live data-tracking aspect is really cool as well. Great overall environment that would make anyone feel comfortable, motivated, and inspired.
