Aside from the amazing high intensity atomopshere, and kind staff that comes along with Orangetheory itself, orangetheory Bethpage goes even beyond that. I live in merrick, have a studio in my town and about 3 other studios closer to my house, however, I still choose to go to Bethpage for every one of my workouts. Orange theory pushes me to my best, while simultaneously making me feel supported and successful. The staff at Bethpage is especially welcoming, kind and accommodating. I recommend Orange theory to everyone, and will continue to do so!!

1- the coaches are all very conscious of each and every member in the studio, encouraging and correcting when needed

I was beginning and it was very easy for me to get adjusted. I didn’t feel intimidated for being new and loved how welcoming the trainer was.
I loved the variety of activities, I liked that I could go at my own pace and no one was judging and the instructor wasn’t yelling. Instead the instructor was encouraging and helpful!
Coach Oliver and the rest of the staff were really friendly, exciting, and welcoming. I had a great first session and looking forward to many more ahead!

I love the workouts! It’s intensity is real but so is the feeling after you finish the workouts! I’m still haven’t reached my goal yet but I’m working towards it. The staff and coaches are so friendly and really build your confidence by hyping you up!

Your staff are well trained on how to motivate a person who has not worked out in 5 years. They encourage you and make you feel whole .
I love OT in smithtown!! I love the instructors and how motivating they are through the workouts. Compared to the East Northport OT, Smithtown is bigger so I love the space you have while in each station throughout the workout. I also love that the classes are usually full bc I get competitive and want to work even harder than my neighbor! Lol

The workouts are varied and intense, there are periodic challenges so that progress can be tracked, and there are special events to keep it interesting. Almost all of the coaches I’ve ever had are well trained, highly qualified, take the workout and client’s progress seriously, and are enthusiastic about what they are doing. Even though I often collapse after the workout, I look forward to doing it again and seeing all the like-minded people that I’ve met at OTF.

Music and motivation
Everything! Great overall experience!
The coaches are super motivating (Ashley is my favorite!) and they play great music. I appreciate that the workouts are hard and I always come out feeling so much better than when I came in. I would love hip hop/reggae music so I can feel like in a club 😅😅
