I like that it’s different every time. I also like having a coach guiding me through and giving out positive energy.
No thinking needed. I don’t need to think about what I’m going to do each workout. Arms, legs, chest, back or cardio. It’s all taken care of for you. Plus l can not push myself as hard on my own as I do at an orange theory workout and the coaches are all great.
